A 3 week old infant was born prematurely at 27 weeks gestation via emergent c-section for fetal distress. The prenatal course was complicated by a diagnosis of non-immune hydrops fetalis leading to three in-utero blood transfusions. The postnatal course was complicated by indirect hyperbilirubinemia treated with phototherapy from days 1-4 of life.
